Registration Packet
This packet includes the form you need to reserve your space
for PowerPlus Preteen Camp as well as the Registration Form
you will need  to turn in for every student or sponsor who comes
to camp.

No color copier?  No problem.  After you download your
documents, you can upload and have them printed at your
preference of Office Depot, Office Max, FedEx Kinko’s, or
Staples.
